All the benefits of our Phone Consult with Plan & Support Options but right in the comfort of your own home. Assessing your sleep environment, assisting in settling bub and covering ALL personalised plan information. With the option to add on 1:1 support to help guide and support you through the changes. This option is tailored to support each individual family and their needs. Our In-Homes are the perfect option for visual and hands on guidance with the added bonus of Support to help you through the change. Covering all aspects of sleep to help set the body clock and teach independent settling and linking of sleep cycles; both day and night. We cover aspects including environment, associations, feeding, day sleep, overnight sleep, routine, settling, medical and family history, weight for age and more. Included: -Complete Detailed Intake Form -Personalised Sleep Plan -Additional Handout Information to support the sleep plan -In home consultation for a 3 hr minimum to assess environment, teach what to do and how to settle, cover all information in the personalised sleep plan -x1 past client quick chat call included in this package to be used within first 2 weeks from in-home consult date. -x1 follow up email to be used within 3 months from quick chat call -Implement changes in your own time OR you have the option to ADD ON x1 week of 1:1 support through an app to help support, guide, educate, cheer and reassure you through the changes. *Support is added on per week (7 days) at $149/week for first week and $99 for additional weeks. If you would like 2 weeks upfront please book for this, as while in support, if another week is preferred, it is based on availability due to other bookings, so can not be guaranteed. *If Support is added onto your in home consult you receive a 15 min wrap up call on the final day of support. *Support commences from the in-home for the duration of your chosen support (7 or 14 days) *Additional hours in home (beyond 3 hrs included) can be added for an extra charge, if needed, once in the home (to discuss with Gaby directly) *Suitable from 14 weeks of age *Price is per child, if you have multiple children, please book per child accordingly. *If you have a Newborn (0-12 weeks) please take a look at our Newborn Consult with Add on In-Home Newborn Care and/or the individual Newborn In-Home Care Package. *Additional travel costs apply if radius exceeds 30kms from Box Hill.
