This package is catered specifically for newborns and provides all the information around sleep in the first 12 weeks of life. Perfect to ask questions and gain advice specific to your muffin and family. *This package is not sleep training and doesn't involved a personalised plan - more reassurance, guidance, education and hands on support if required as support within the fourth trimester. Included: -30-40 min call to discuss questions, concerns, provide ALL the information and how to implement in your own time -Newborn Guide containing endless amounts of information relating specifically to newborns, including sleep environment, settling techniques, feeding, age appropriate awake times and more ... -x1 follow up email to be used within 3 months from consult date -Add On 'Newborn In-Home Care Support' package for the full experience - available upon request. *Price is per child.
